Beyond Just Curing: It’s About Precision Light
Here’s the thing: we don’t see UV curing as just another step on the assembly line. For us, it’s about applying thermal and photonic energy with absolute precision. In a modern, automated factory, your equipment needs a light source that works with the flow, not against it. That’s why we build our custom UV curing lamps from the ground up. We’re focused on one thing: giving you a powerful, repeatable output you can count on, every single time.
The Power Behind the Performance
We build our systems around a 400V high-voltage setup. It’s what gives the power density needed for those lightning-fast curing cycles. Take a 300mm tube, for example. It packs a punch—2500W of focused energy. The payoff? Coatings that cure in seconds, not minutes. But wait—all that power comes with a price. The heat is intense. So, you need to make sure your machine’s cooling system is up to the task. It has to handle the ambient temperature and keep things from overheating.
Built to Last, Inside and Out
At the core, you’ve got a halogen-filled quartz envelope. We chose it for its thermal stability and how well it transmits UV. A special coating filters out the unnecessary wavelengths, so all the energy goes right where you need it. And for the connections, we use R7s connectors. They’re tough, handle the high current without creating hot spots, and make the installation a breeze. You can just drop it right into your existing fixture. This thing is built to survive the daily grind on the shop floor.
The Payoff on the Production Line
This setup is engineered for the tough stuff—think PET blowing and industrial coating lines. The high heat density means you get fast, uniform curing across the entire target area. What does that mean for you? Your line can run faster, and you’ll have far fewer rejects from incomplete curing. We also design these lamps to be a direct replacement for standard units. So when it’s time for maintenance, the downtime is minimal. You get a reliable, high-output light source that simply keeps your production line moving.
