Technical Deep-Dive
This lamp runs on 400V and pulls 2500W, packing a lot of power into just 300mm. That small footprint is the whole point: you can put the heat exactly where the process needs it, without reworking the oven zone. Its shortwave output focuses on rapid surface heating, so you get fast cure times and temperature control that stays consistent across every bird cage component.
Material & Design
We chose a quartz envelope because it handles thermal shock without blinking. It stays stable even when the lamp cycles on and off again and again. Inside, the halogen fill keeps the filament steady at high temps, so you don’t have to worry about premature burn-out or output drifting over time. And the R7s connector?
